Attachment Parenting International's Annual Appeal to You

Attachment Parenting International's Annual Appeal to You

December 2013

Attachment Parenting International (API) has supported and empowered families all over the world because of generous donations each year, by long-time supporters and new contributors. We thank you for your contributions that have supported API in the past and this year and helped us serve so many families. If you have not made a contribution, know that we still need your help.

In preparation for a new year, we’re asking you, our friends and supporters, to consider a tax deductible financial contribution toward API’s 2014 operating budget.  Your donation will provide an exponential amount of support for families who continue to need it and for new families who have only just discovered API.

Every dollar to API goes to parent support. Your donation pays for us to accredit and sustain over 160 volunteer API Leaders and more than 100 Leader candidates who work directly with thousands of families in their communities and will help us reach even more, respectively.  Your donation also pays for the technology and expertise needed to run our online systems and publications that reach hundreds of thousands of families who do not have an API group in their area, as well as support advocacy and research efforts.

Claudia V. shared her family’s story with us and voiced a familiar and often debilitating experience of many parents:  that of overwhelm, discord with standard parenting advice and lack of supportive resources.  Claudia, like so many others, identified API as a stabilizing resource.

API’s help would not be available without your donations and those from other caring individuals like you.

Will you consider a generous contribution to support families?

To mail a contribution, please print and complete the section below and send it with your donation to API, or visit us online at Make a Donation to make a 2013 tax deductible gift today.

Together we can help more Claudias and their children benefit from a life of compassionate parenting.

Warm Holiday Wishes,

Lysa Parker and Barbara Nicholson, Founders, Attachment Parenting International
