This book has been suggested as one to incorporate in the API Reads program. Has anyone read this book? Just wondering.

I have read it and loved it. I highly recommend it for anyone considering AP or wanting to go deeper with it, especially in preparation for a future child. Not only does it discuss some really amazing AP-type concepts, but it actually illuminates the many ways that we as parents can take responsibility for our children's health and well-being.
