I have written a parenting book entitled Emotionally Healthy Twins (Da Capo, 2008) which focuses upon the psychological dilemmas of raising twins at all stages of development. I am an identical twin, the mother of
fraternal twins, and a psychotherapist specializing in twin issues. My book definitively underlines the importance
of attachment issues, helping parents understand what twins need and how to nurture attachments with
two separate individuals. I believe that my book is a wonderful resource for all parents interested in learning about twin dynamics.
