Breastfeeding Friendly Pediatric Dentist in South Florida

Does anyone know of one in South Florida? I'm in Palm Beach County but would travel if he/she is good. My dd has the beginning of a cavity, and the dentist we use is of the opinion that breastfeeding is the culprit, despite all the research to the contrary.

I'm tired of dentists that compare breastfeeding to bottle-feeding and was so insulted when the front desk person asked me if I needed an information sheet on "bottle rot."

Any help is appreciated. I want this to be a positive experience for both she and I.

I need a pro breastfeeding pediatric dentist too! I felt horrible after the dentist told me I needed to stop breastfeeding through the night. Please let me know if you find one in south Florida!
