    Thinking about regularing ourselves, what do you think is the most challenging aspect of this?

    For me, it would definitely be the aspect of managing it in the heat of the moment. It's hard to turn off the brain to regulate yourself when being triggered. It's also hard to identify what you need at that moment when all you feel is emotion. Recognizing that you need to take care of yourself while at the same time connecting. That's a hard balance.
