We’ve started talking about Giving the Love That Heals by Harville Hendrix, Ph.D and Helen LaKelly Hunt, Ph.D.

Just a few of the topics we’ll be discussing in April will be:

• Growing Yourself Up

• The Stage of Attachment

• The Stage of Exploration

• The Stage of Identity

• The Stage of Competence

So far we’ve learned how our unconscious mind has controlled most of our parenting based upon our own upbringing. We do have the power to change these unconscious decisions though. We can do so through our actions and our intentional dialogue with our children. We’ve been having a few deep discussions. .
